PRACTICE RECOGNITION
Northeast PHO introduced the Practice Recognition awards in 2018 as a way to recognize the importance of practice team support. We are proud to say that there have been 155 awards to recognize colleagues who help keep care local, support our quality efforts, provide a positive experience for our patients and assist their colleagues.
