Clinical Services Available for Our Providers
BILHPN – Beverly LCU colleagues perform a variety of clinical functions, including:
- Population health services with focus on the management of the diabetic patient
- Patient care management for those identified as high risk for readmission or high risk for chronic diseases that require greater care coordination
- Training, tracking and reporting on quality metrics in pay-for-performance contracts
- Oversite of pharmacy expenses, both conventional and specialty drug utilization trends
- Enhancement of the patient experience
