Dr. Tanner Brown went to Johns Hopkins University for his undergraduate education where he received his BA in Behavioral Biology and was captain of the Men’s Varsity Tennis Team. He completed his medical degree at McGovern Medical School in Houston and his Internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.
He then completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Maryland, where he gained proficiency in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions. His interests include all aspects of comprehensive eye care including evaluation and treatment of cataracts and glaucoma. Dr. Brown has performed close to 200 cataract surgeries.
He is interested in all aspects of comprehensive eye care including evaluation and treatment of cataracts and glaucoma. He treats adults only and currently does not offer telehealth services.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Brown enjoys playing tennis, golf, and hiking. He also treasures quality time spent with his wife, Charlotte, and their dog, Wilson.
