PRACTICE RECOGNITION

The Northeast PHO recognizes colleagues who provide a positive experience for our patients, help us keep care local, meet our quality targets and support their colleagues.

This month’s winners are:

Wendy Quigley, BILH Care Center Danvers, was recognized for her excellent support of blood pressure quality improvement efforts. Pictured with Wendy are Pat Ferreira, RN, CDCES, CCRC, Clinical Administrator; Dr. Mary McCaffrey, and Brian Slowe, PharmD, MBA, CACP, Manager.

Susan Jeannotte, Essex County OB/GYN, was recognized for outstanding year-long support and collaboration with the NEPHO Population Health Team and proactively outreaching to patients to meet quality measures. She was nominated for the Teamwork Award by Lisa Cartledge. Susan is shown above (right) with Robin Stewart (left).

Annie Sartorius (left) and Paula Lutz (right), BILH Primary and Specialty Care, Beverly, shown above with Dr. Deborah Shih (middle), were recognized for the patient experience comment which read “Paula the MA and Annie the RN were fantastic as always!! Kind, caring, and personable!!”
